- March 2021: Glenn R. Reiser obtains dismissal of a disgruntled borrower’s third party claims against a lender who repossessed and sold his yacht. In granting the lender’s motion to dismiss the Third Party Complaint with prejudice, the Court held that the borrower’s claims for breach of contract, wrongful repossession and sale, conspiracy and violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act were all barred by the Uniform Commercial Code’s 4-year statute of limitations. - February 2021: Glenn R. Reiser participates in 3-member panel of experts in CLE webinar on attorney trust accounting and ethics.
- May 2020: Victory obtained for commercial condominium unit owner in vacating default judgment and sheriff’s sale, resulting in preserving client’s equity in condo worth approximately $375,000. The client had lost title to the unit by failing to pay his monthly maintenance fees. The Court agreed that service of process was defective, and that client was deprived of due process of law. (83 Monroe Condominium Associates v. Rodgers, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Special Civil Part, Docket No.: DC-4782-16).
- January 2020: Glenn R. Reiser is a featured speaker at a New Jersey Continuing Legal Education seminar on advanced collection practices in New Jersey.
- January 2020: Eric D. Reiser, Chair of the firm’s Cannabis practice, is quoted in NJ Cannabis Insider.
- June 2019: Glenn R. Reiser secures summary judgment dismissing claims against a temporary staffing agency for allegedly falsifying the employment credentials of a prospective IT consultant. Ventures Unlimited, Inc. v. Nxgen Infotech, Inc., et al., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Docket No.: MID-L-6628-17. Case was affirmed on appeal.
- March 2019: Sanctions awarded against adversary lawyer for engaging in frivolous motion practice. (Rubel/Carlin v. Feuer, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, Docket No.: BER-L-7738-17)
- February 2019: Eric D. Reiser launches new website featuring cannabis law practice.
- January 2019: Glenn R. Reiser secures victory for property owner in tax foreclosure case, recovering her ownership in luxury penthouse condominium on Jersey City waterfront that was lost due to non-payment of taxes. As a result, our client preserved approximately $1.8 million of equity in the property. LB Park v. Cao, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Hudson County, Docket No.: F-13364-17.

- January 2018: Glenn Reiser secures victory for client in real estate tax foreclosure case by vacating final judgment and restoring title to our client. As a result of this decision we preserved over $200,000 of equity or our client in the commercial property. Bascom Corp. v. - October 2017: Successful binding arbitration award in an 8-year dispute involving the improper shut down of our client’s website. Click here

- May 2017: Partner Glenn R. Reiser quoted in New Jersey Law Journal on proposed amendment to New Jersey Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g) that prohibits lawyers from engaging in conduct involving discrimination.
- September 2016: Dismissal of attorney ethics charges accusing our client, an experienced bankruptcy lawyer, of knowingly falsifying a bankruptcy petition filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. The charges were dismissed following a 4-day trial.
- July 2016: Successful defense of attorney ethics charges brought against our client for allegedly falsifying a real estate document and lying to the Office of Attorney Ethics. All charges were dismissed following a 9-day trial, and the Disciplinary Review Board affirmed the decision on appeal. Click here
