Overview and Experience
As a member of our Real Estate and Corporate departments, Robert has extensive experience in both corporate and real estate transactions. His experience includes the handling of loan transactions, the negotiation of leases, business mergers and acquisitions, and the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial real estate.
Robert is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers University School of Law. He also served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Alexander J. Menza of the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division in Union County, New Jersey. Robert is a member of both the New Jersey and New York bars.

Significant Representations
- Represented developer of a 28-unit low and moderate income housing complex in Jersey City, New Jersey in all aspects of transaction, including property acquisition, COAH compliance, construction, financing and negotiation and sale of units.
- Represented developer and sponsor of a 48-unit residential condominium complex in North Bergen, New Jersey, in connection with financing, DCA registration and negotiation and sale of units.
