Adam P. Burns is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Cannabis Law departments. Adam’s practice includes commercial and employment litigation, transactional matters including commercial real estate, corporate formations, contract law, cannabis licensing, business litigation & dispute resolution and complex civil litigation.

Adam is a graduate of Rutgers Business School – New Brunswick, and Rutgers School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
