Stephen Schwimmer

Overview and Experience

Stephen Schwimmer is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, where he represents clients in a broad range of matters with a practical and client-focused approach.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Bridget J. Stecher, J.S.C. (Ret.), in the Civil Division of Essex County, New Jersey. Following his clerkship,

Stephen gained experience in insurance defense litigation and most recently practiced commercial litigation and bankruptcy law in private practice. Stephen’s background in finance, combined with his experience in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, enables him to provide clients with practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to their legal and financial objectives.

Stephen earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2022 and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Baruch College in 2019. Stephen is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
