Round and round we go, and a promising industry is left to go nowhere fast

Eric D. Reiser, Partner and Chair of LoFaro & Reiser’s Cannabis Law Practice, recently wrote an op-ed for the NJ Cannabis Insider publication calling on Governor Murphy to take action and lead on creating an adult-use cannabis marketplace in NJ that fairly represents local interests instead of catering to out-of-state companies as was the case for the August 2018 medical cannabis license round.  This issue is of paramount importance to our NJ cannabis clients who are preparing for future medical and adult use cannabis licensing rounds.  Here is a link to the full article in the NJ Cannabis Insider 11/21 issue (https://goo.gl/ty6n9g) and a preview of the article via pdf (Guest Op Ed 11-21-18 ).
